Dr. Joe Brooks, Church Administrator

Joe grew up in Louisville, Kentucky. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry from the University of Louisville in 1967, a Master of Science Degree in chemistry in 1969, and a Doctorate of Philosophy Degree in Chemistry from the University of Illinois in 1971. After completing graduate school, he served in the United States Air Force for 3.5 years. He then had a 21 year career in industry with the Monsanto Company. Joe began serving as WCCC Church Administrator on February 1, 1996. He and his wife, Babs, have been married since 1966 and have two daughters and five grandchildren.
